Requirements:
Must be able to go to Japan for 2 -3 weeks training
Proven experience as a motorcycle technician (senior/master level/TL level)
Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, electronics, and diagnostics
Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Relevant technical education or certifications (preferred)
