The team are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support their Finance Director in a broad and busy role.
Your new role
This new position will report to the Finance Director, working in a broad and busy role. The Accounts Assistant will interact closely with various departments across the company. Core responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable; processing invoices, raising PO's, payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations
Accounts Receivable; processing invoices, resolving queries and allocating payments
Intercompany reconciliations
Month-end responsibilities, including journal posting
Supporting at year-end with Audit queries
What you'll need to succeed
Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment.
Sage knowledge and experience of the Sage Line 50 package.
Multitasking is organised and open to additional responsibilities.
