We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and dynamic Customer Service team in this fully office based role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong order processing and Excel skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, manufacturing-led environment supporting both UK and international customers.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Thursday,, Early finish Friday
Customer Service & Order Management
Deliver a high standard of service to UK and international customers via phone and email
Manage end-to-end order processing
Provide proactive updates on lead times and delivery schedules
Liaise closely with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams
Handle enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM and order system records
Product & Systems Support
Assist with product data management and system updates
Support improvements to internal systems
Visitor & Event Support (Occasional)
Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Provide occasional support during company visits or events
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance service levels
Ensure processes align with quality standards
Collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Service / Order Processing / Administration
Strong Excel skills, confident managing spreadsheets and reports
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced using CRM and order processing systems
Confident communicator, written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Manufacturing experience desirable
Export knowledge and experience supporting international customers advantageous
Adaptable and quick to learn
