A client of ours is recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join their team in the outskirts of Witham. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position working in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Contracts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to internal teams
- Administering documentation for live projects
- Preparing, issuing and tracking project paperwork
- Managing and maintaining digital project files and records
- Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a project-based or fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills and confidence working in digital systems
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
