Sales Administrator – Food Manufacturer
Location: Skipton, BD23
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with order processing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting orders into the system accurately and efficiently
Using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales orders
Supporting the sales, commercial, and operations teams
Communicating with customers when required
Working closely with a team of 5 in the office alongside the sales rep team
Ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in order processing
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems
✅ Excellent team player with strong communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
✅ Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is an advantage
