Warehouse Operative / PPT Driver – 4 on 4 off – £28,000-£31,000 + Bonus – Borough Green, Kent
Location: Borough Green, Kent (TN15)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 12-hour shifts
Initial shift: 12:00–00:00 (first 3 months)
Then: 14:00–02:00
Salary: £28,000–£31,000 DOE + Performance Bonus (up to 1 month’s salary)
Apex Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing fresh produce distribution centre near Sevenoaks.
We are looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives with Ride-On PPT experience to join their late shift team.

The Role:
• Operate Ride-On Pallet Trucks (PPT) safely and efficiently
• Pick and scan orders using handheld scanners
• Load and unload vehicles
• Support goods-in, dispatch and packhouse operations
• Carry out stock checks and warehouse admin tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• Current or recently expired PPT licence or experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Basic IT skills
• Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts
Desirable:
• Fresh produce or FMCG experience
• Experience with scan picking or stock systems
