We're working with a highly regarded garden centre group that is looking for a motivated and proactive retail supervisor - ideally with garden leisure and Christmas retail experience - to support and lead their Christmas & Garden Furniture Department.

About the Role
As the Department Supervisor for Outdoor Leisure & Christmas, you'll support the smooth running of the department and assist in leading the team. You'll help with team development, supervise daily operations, and support the department manager in achieving sales and performance goals. Key responsibilities include assisting with stock management, supporting merchandising standards, and helping the team deliver excellent customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a candidate with proven retail supervision experience, ideally in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous garden leisure and Christmas retail experience is highly beneficial. Strong leadership and team support skills are essential, as you'll assist in guiding the team to meet departmental targets. A proactive and solution-focused mindset is highly valued, as you'll contribute ideas to improve department performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
