A leading defence engineering organisation is currently recruiting for a Delivery Manager to join their Export Strategy & Industrial Participation function, supporting the delivery of international Technology Transfer programmes.
This role involves working closely with UK and international suppliers, internal technical teams, and overseas customer stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of licensed manufacturing capability.
Role - Procurement Technology Transfer Delivery Manager
Type - Permanent
Location - Stevenage (3 days on-site per week)
Salary - Circa £50,000 + bonus
Key responsibilities for the Delivery Manager will include and will not be limited to:
Deliver small-medium Technology Transfer projects to agreed cost, schedule and quality, while supporting senior managers on larger international work packages.
Maintain Statements of Work, deliverables and documentation, ensuring accurate governance and export control compliance.
Prepare and update project reports, plans, schedules and resource data using supplier and procurement inputs.
Coordinate reviews and meetings with suppliers and Transfer Recipients, producing formal minutes and maintaining strong multinational stakeholder relationships.
Manage risks, opportunities, financial administration (royalties/licence fees) and support subcontract negotiations.
Travel regularly across Europe (including Poland and Italy) to oversee delivery activities and stakeholder engagement.

Flexible to travel across Europe at short notice, with cultural awareness when working with international partners.
Experience using Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, resource planning, schedule risk analysis).
Understanding of Technology Transfer, Offset, subcontracting, contracts/SOWs/RFQs, IP licensing and Export Control (advantageous).
Degree in Business/Project Management (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
