Master Data Assistant - Finance

At Saint-Gobain Professional Services, our Master Data team ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data that underpins payments, manufacturing, invoicing, and strategic decisions across our UK & Ireland brands. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, working with systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly.
What we're looking for
You don't need to be an expert - we'll provide training and guidance - but the following will help you succeed:
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Organised and able to manage tasks and deadlines
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Interest in improving processes and understanding how accurate data drives decisions
Some familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) is helpful but not essential
What you will be doing
Help maintain and update Master Data in SAP and other systems
Process and manage data requests accurately and on time
Investigate and correct data issues with guidance from the team
Support the creation of customer, supplier, and product records
Work with colleagues to improve data quality and processes
