Interviews: Interviews are taking place ASAPWe are seeking a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school near Maldon. The role involves working with students aged 11-16 who may have behavioural challenges, but not all.
This position is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or behaviour specialists, as well as individuals with a strong interest in special educational needs and inclusive education.
The Role:
A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a well-respected school in Maldon.
Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.What we expect from you:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs is desired, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
