BAM FM is recruiting a Support Servicves Administrator to support school & commercial projects in the South West.
Location: Blaise High School, Bristol.
Working 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
Making Possible

Updating our CAFM and client operating system, ensuring all work orders are actioned.

Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.

Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.

Arranging contractor service visits and coordinating with clients.

Supporting other members of the help desk team as required.

What do you bring to the role?

A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.

Strong organisational skills.

A positive and flexible approach to work.

IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
