Overview:
An established aerospace engineering company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Labourer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based within a busy manufacturing environment and supports production and maintenance operations while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and well-organised.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out coolant (collant) checks and basic monitoring tasks
Assisting the maintenance team with day-to-day activities as required
General factory housekeeping, including tidying, cleaning, and maintaining work areas
Supporting production staff with manual tasks when needed
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
Previous factory, manufacturing, or labouring experience preferred but not essential
Driving License (occasional travel to other factories required)
Willingness to work in an aerospace engineering environment
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual duties
