Job Description
Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders
Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates
Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments
Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned
Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experienced carrying out a similar customer account management position
Well-versed managing internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment/for a manufacturing organisation
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
