So, what will you be doing?
-
Taking bets from customers using betting tablets (full training provided)

Working at fixed betting points or engaging directly with customers in hospitality areas

Paying out winnings to customers with valid tickets
-
Delivering excellent customer service to racegoers
-
Explaining different bet types to customers when required
-
Handling cash accurately throughout the day and cashing up at the end of each race day
