About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH).
Support students both in and out of the classroom to help them access learning.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to implement personalised learning plans.
Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, or similar settings).
Is patient, resilient, and empathetic.
Can build positive, professional relationships with students and staff.
Is proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential - training can be provided).What We Offer
