Hours: • Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm • Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join a global construction manufacturer. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, technical environment — someone confident, reliable, and able to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Handling customer and engineer enquiries for parts and equipment

Providing product information and technical support

Processing orders, quotes, and invoices accurately

Coordinating dispatch, tracking deliveries, and managing backorders

Keeping customers updated and building strong working relationships

Working with inventory teams to monitor stock levels

Identifying slow‑moving stock and supporting sales activity

General administration to support the wider operations team
What We’re Looking For

Customer service or sales experience — ideally from construction, engineering, automotive, or similar technical sectors

Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Practical, proactive, and able to prioritise in a busy environment

Comfortable working with technical information and product data

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a bonus)
