We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a busy office-based team based in Buxton, High Peak, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of contracts and services.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
-
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
-
Handling incoming calls, emails, and queries from customers, suppliers and contractors

Logging requests and arranging follow-up support where needed
-
Placing orders and processing invoices
-
Preparing basic reports and updating records accurately
-
Attending and taking notes at team meetings
What will you need?
-
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
-
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good organisation and time management skills
