The Role
As the QFM Administrator, you’ll:
• Administer and maintain the QFM CAFM system to support facilities and maintenance operations.
• Set up, manage, and update Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans within QFM.
• Load, validate, and maintain asset, location, and maintenance data within the QFM system.
• Ensure PPM schedules are correctly generated, updated, and issued in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and accuracy across the CAFM system.
You
To be successful in the role of QFM Administrator, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience working with the QFM CAFM system.
• Strong experience loading, validating, and managing data within CAFM systems.
• Good understanding of facilities management processes and maintenance workflows.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
