Accounts / Administration Assistant
The role will cover accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and day to day administration that we do within our office.
We work on a rotational basis to ensure that all team members can cover roles during periods of absence due to annual leave and/or sickness.
Job Description:
All aspects of purchase ledger including raising purchase orders, posting invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring suppliers are paid on time
All aspects of sales ledger including raising sales orders, invoices, allocating payments and dealing with general queries
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Data input into bespoke accountancy software

The role is Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours/week).
The rate of pay will be between £13-£14/hour based on experience, to be agreed after interviewing the successful candidate.
