Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as contracts and onboarding materials.
Provide administrative support for employee training and development programmes.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Process payroll information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

A successful HR Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
Experience working within a school / education
Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
