Looking for a busy and varied Executive Office Assistant role in the heart of London?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team as Executive Office Assistant, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You'll enjoy the combination of EA duties and the smooth running of office, which will mean you'll be doing everything from diary management to reception and events.
You'll naturally be super organised and be able to prioritise tasks appropriately, as well as maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Your day will include:
Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with diary management
Support with travel bookings for worldwide travel
Work closely internally to ensure the smooth running of the office - including helping with reception duties and welcoming visitors.
Working with the Marketing team on internal events hosted in the office - including planning and execution.You must be flexible with hours when supporting on morning/evening events.
This is an office-based role initially, with the possibility of 1 day per week from home after training/probation.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, along with Microsoft Office experience in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Monday-Friday - Full time with some flexibility over start-finish times
Salary:
c£40,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
