Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Customer Service Advisor/ Agent to enhance customer relations, for an organisation based in Chessington.
This role is working on a day shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 8:30am to 5:30pm. 32 Hours per week.
Main responsibilities:

Build relationships with customers

Process customer orders and confirm orders are despatched

Generate customer invoices

Deal with queries in a timely manner

Support function for the department
Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent communication skills & experience working in a similar role, resolving customer queries

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

Good data entry skills
