SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an excellent client of ours based in Burton. This is a great role, offering a lot of variety and also joining a lovely team! The role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday in the office, 9-5pm. There is free parking on site.
This role is a key role for the business, being first point of contact and putting the customer first at all times. The company have long-standing, repeat customers and so although its a smaller team, it's really important to ensure an end to end smooth process for all customers.
Typical duties will include:
Processing orders on our in-house management system
Liaising with customer's regarding deliveries and scheduling of orders
Updating customer stock sheets
Arranging call offs from stock
Communicating with the Production Team and Account Managers
Organising proofing and following the process through to the final printed product
Occasional face to face meetings with customers
General filing within the department
The successful candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise their own workload. In addition, you should have a strong administration background with the ability to pick up new systems
