Our client is seeking a Stores Operative (Quality) to join their team.
They are an established AS9001-standard engineering company with over 40 years’ experience, specialising in precision CNC machined components.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the fast-paced, friendly Quality and Inspection team.
This is a varied role that plays a key part in maintaining our high-quality standards across aerospace and precision engineering components.
Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a working understanding of AS9100 quality standards

Carry out visual and dimensional inspection of components using a range of inspection methods

Read and interpret customer drawings and technical specifications

Assist with the preparation and completion of inspection reports

Investigate rejected and non-conforming parts

Liaise with multiple departments to support inspection and quality processes

Ensure all inspection activities meet required quality standards
Essential Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar quality or inspection role

Aerospace inspection experience is essential

Strong attention to detail and a high level of care in all tasks

Good organisational and time-management skills
