We are looking to recruit a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator for a busy office in the Birmingham area.
Duties include:-
- Dealing with all forms of enquires via telephone and email
- Taking and processing orders
- Checking prices
- Creating quotes
- Booking deliveries
- Sending out information to customers
- General administrative support
Skills required:-
- Excellent IT skills, includidn Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage 200
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese
- Used to working in a busy environment
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
