We’re recruiting HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers for a well-established local authority contract in Nottingham.
This role offers steady afternoon/evening work, consistent routes, and the chance to be part of a team delivering an essential public service.

🔧 The Role:

Drive refuse collection vehicles safely and professionally

Complete daily vehicle safety and defect checks
-
Lead and support a small collection crew
-
Use in-cab systems to record collections and incidents
-
Work to Health & Safety and road traffic regulations
-
Represent the client positively within the community
✅ What we’re looking for:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
-
CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
-
Previous refuse or similar driving experience preferred

Physically fit and happy with hands-on work

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
