We are currently recruiting flexible and proactive Learning Support Assistants to work across various primary school settings in and around Maidstone. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners.
SEND experience is helpful and highly valued, particularly experience supporting pupils with Autism/ASD, SEMH, or other learning needs—but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a nurturing approach are just as important.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings)
A caring, patient and supportive approach
Good behaviour management and communication skills
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or full days
