Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
Carry out general administrative duties to support the department
Ensure all interactions meet company service standards
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
