We are looking for a proactive Administrator to support the business in maintaining high standards across product quality, ethical compliance, consumer care, and supplier assurance. This is a hands-on role with varied responsibilities, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:

Support quality and compliance activities across products and suppliers

Assist with ethical programmes such as B Corp and SEDEX

Maintain records, trackers, and databases for certifications and audits

Log and manage consumer complaints and follow-ups

Liaise with suppliers to support issue resolution

Assist in supplier audits and internal quality reviews

Ensure product information and external communications are accurate
Experience & Requirements:

Administration or quality support experience

Organised with attention to detail
-
Confident in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Good communication skills

Able to manage multiple tasks independently

Experience with ethical compliance or sustainability programmes

Familiarity with supplier audits

Knowledge of product quality or regulatory compliance
