Salary: Up to £27,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full Time (Two‑week rota) - no weekends
Requirement: Must drive – full UK driving licence essential

A young, fast‑growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions near Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, positive approach to customer interactions.

Must hold a full UK driving licence
Role Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat

Advise customers on storage solutions for home and business

Process telephone orders accurately

Resolve delivery issues and handle complaints tactfully

Manage general administrative tasks

Build and maintain strong product knowledge
Working Hours
Two‑week rotating schedule:

Monday: 7:30am–5pm or 8am–5:30pm

Tuesday–Thursday: 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm

Friday: 8am–4:30pm No weekends
