They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the COO and Managing Director. This is a pivotal role at the heart of their business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for the COO & MD, managing communications and priorities.
Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations to Board-level standards.
Organise high-profile meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain meticulous filing systems.
Support with budget management and supplier negotiations.
Collaborate with the EA to the CEO and wider team on key projects and events.
What They are Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA supporting Director/Board-level.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure.
