Delivery Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Job Type: Temp Ongoing, Full Time (37.5 hrs)
We are recruiting a Water Delivery Coordinator on behalf of a client to support a large infrastructure project. This role suits someone organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders
Coordinate daily water delivery requests and schedules
Communicate with site teams and contractors to ensure deliveries run smoothly
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and operational data
Support financial and month-end processes
Assist with contractor coordination and health & safety reporting
Provide team support and cross-cover when required
Further Info:
Shifts covering 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning on-call
Initially office-based 5 days per week - hybrid available once trained (up to 2 days per week in office)
Occasional site visits (approximately once per quarter)
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working with multiple priorities
Confident using Microsoft Excel and operational systems
Team-focused with good attention to detail
