About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Google Workspace Administrator to own the configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Google Workspace environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our users have a secure, reliable, and well-optimized collaboration platform while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical ownership and user-facing problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Admin Console, etc.)
Manage user accounts, groups, shared drives, licenses, and organizational units
Configure and enforce security policies (MFA, DLP, context-aware access, data retention)
Monitor system health, usage, and security alerts
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace-related issues
Integrate Google Workspace with third-party tools and identity providers
Maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices
Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews
Provide tier 2/3 support and guidance to end users and IT teamsRequired Skills & Experience
Proven experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment
Strong knowledge of Google Admin Console and security settings
Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle)
Understanding of email security, data protection, and compliance concepts
Ability to troubleshoot complex user and configuration issues
