Salary £25k - £28k
Main Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. A great communicator who is detail oriented, a problem solver and able to build strong relationships with customers.
Main duties
-
Providing first class service by talking directly and honestly with our customers and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.

Communicating with our customers mainly on the telephone, but through a variety of different channels; via phone or email.

Order processing and issuing order confirmations.

Raising Proforma invoices.

Using customer websites to process/confirm orders.

Releasing of orders to despatch for shipment.

Raising export documentation.
-
Co-ordinating with scheduling, production and purchasing reference customer orders & attending weekly production meetings.

Logging customer complaints on CRM system.

Booking deliveries both UK and European/using carrier systems.
What we are looking for
-
Strong Administrative background.

Ideally 3 years customer service and sales experience.

Excellent MS Office proficiency.
