We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales Support Team in a full-time position based at our office in Guildford, Surrey. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Responding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
Handling a range of administrative tasks to support the wider sales team
Providing excellent service and building strong relationships with trade clientsKey Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, or hospitality role is desirable
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
