Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Junior Office Assistant to support daily office operations, property-related coordination, and general administrative tasks at our Staines-upon-Thames location.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative responsibilities, problem-solving, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations across both office and property environments.
Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Office and Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.

Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets.

Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports.

Assist with procurement and supplier coordination, including quotes and purchase orders.

Support office logistics such as equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination.
Property Coordination

Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance requests.

Assist in coordinating safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits.

Support documentation and compliance processes, including leases and certification records.

Assist with rent tracking and monitoring of property-related expenses and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications

Recent graduate or early-career professional (open to all academic backgrounds).

Interest or experience in administration, property, operations, or a similar field.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently.

Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional site visits.
