Due to continued growth we are looking for a part-time Accounts & Payroll Assistants to join our busy finance team based in a new Leigh office.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounts and payroll who are looking for flexible working hours.
Work days and hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 - 13:00 or
13:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate:
Starting from £12.21 p/h
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll processing

Processing timesheets, expenses and invoices

Maintaining accurate financial payroll records

Annual holiday calculations

Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions

Handling payroll and accounts queries from candidates and clients

General finance and administrative support as required

Management of external account ledgers

Credit control
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in accounts and/or payroll role

Good understanding of payroll processes and basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting /payroll software Sage

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
