We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate to join our healthcare team. As an Associate, you will assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders while promoting overall health and well-being through manual therapy techniques.
*Duties*
\* Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories and physical conditions.
\* Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
\* Utilise manual therapy techniques, including stretching, massage, and manipulation, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
\* Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and self-care strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future issues.
\* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
\* Stay updated on the latest research and advancements within practice and related fields.
*Experience*
*\* *A recognised qualification is essential along with regulatory registration.
\* Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory for newly qualified practitioners.
\* Strong knowledge of human anatomy is required to effectively assess and treat patients.
\* Excellent communication skills to engage with patients empathetically and professionally.
\* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
