Marmon Lift Recruitment is supporting one of the UK’s leading independent lift engineering companies in the appointment of a Service Delivery Manager.
Now operating as a stand-alone, PE-backed organisation, our client is undergoing significant growth and operational transformation. The Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in key account management, service excellence, crisis resolution, and people leadership, acting as a senior point of escalation for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Manager

Lead end-to-end service delivery across a portfolio of prestigious sites, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, managing performance, escalations, and long-term client relationships.

Provide strong leadership to Service Managers, engineers, and support teams, driving performance, engagement, and capability development.

Own crisis and incident management, ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and effective resolution.

Oversee resource planning, service performance, and SLA delivery while maintaining full compliance with safety and industry standards.

Manage budgets, KPIs, and service profitability, working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to support growth and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate: Service Delivery Manager

Senior management experience within the lift industry, ideally in service delivery, operations, or engineering leadership roles.

Proven key account management capability, with experience managing high-profile clients and complex service environments.

Crisis and escalation management skills, able to lead decisively under pressure.

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, developing, and motivating multi-site teams.

Solid technical understanding of lift systems, safety regulations, and service performance metrics.

Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and KPIs
