Working Hours: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Operative to support a commercial site in London. This is a hands-on role covering day to day building maintenance and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general building maintenance and repairs

Basic electrical tasks such as replacing lights and fittings

Basic plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, and sanitary ware

Respond to reactive maintenance requests

Maintain site presentation and safety standards

Log completed works and report issues
Essential Requirements:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

Comfortable working in occupied buildings

Reliable and consistent approach
