Job Title: Call Centre Administrator
Location: DA2
Hourly Rate: £16.50
Salary (Temp to Perm): Up to £26,000 after 12 weeks
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, office-based
Start Date: Immediate
Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service across multiple contracts. Duties include scheduling jobs, handling calls, raising appointments, and completing admin tasks accurately.
Requirements

Admin/customer service experience (social housing/construction preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proficient in Outlook & Excel
