Sales Administrator
Solihull (outskirts – driver is required)
Hours: 38 per week (£15.00 per hour)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established, successful and expanding family business based in a rural location, therefore own transport is essential.
They are seeking someone exceptional to join their sales team in a professional and friendly working environment. You'll be a natural communicator who prides themselves on their Customer Service skills, thrives on engaging with customers and ensuring a smooth journey.
You will be responsible for:-

The main sales inbox and being the first friendly voice for new enquiries

Qualifying leads, booking demos, and keeping deals moving

Managing diaries and ensuring smooth scheduling for our sales managers

Following up on demos, enquiries and brochure downloads to turn interest into opportunities

Working closely with support teams to organise quotes and onboarding details
We are looking for:-

Confident communication across email, phone and social platforms

IT-savvy and highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to work on numerous accounts at one time

Someone who is proactive and commercially aware
