About the Role
Reporting into the Payroll Team Manager, the successful Time & Attendance Administrator will be responsible for timesheet input, administration and reporting to ensure that employees are paid on time and correctly in line with financial controls, rules of business and legislation.
You will be a champion for time and attendance process by supporting this in not only the Employee Services Team but also providing information and guidance to CATs administrators in the business units.
Please note this position is for a 12-month fixed-term contract
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Time & Attendance Administrator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Working on the coordination of timesheet input
Timesheet reporting & working to KPI’s as agreed
Providing ad-hoc support and insight to time and attendance initiatives
Improving processes to reduce cost
Supporting a positive team culture
Meeting all SOX requirements and ensure no fails in SOX audit
Ensuring employees are paid on time and correctly in line with payroll timetable, financial control and rules of businessWhat we are looking for
