We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Media Account Assistant to join the Pertemps Media & Insights team. Reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with the wider Marketing department, you’ll support media advertising activity across the business and produce data-led insight reports that help inform strategy and drive new business opportunities.
This is an excellent entry-level role for someone with a keen interest in digital media, research, and analytics who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Publish job adverts, set up campaigns, and research new advertising opportunities
· Troubleshoot posting issues using our multi-posting platform
· Manage media accounts across the Pertemps network, including credit allocation and purchasing
· Provide phone-based support and advice to consultants on advertising and posting queries
· Produce clear, insightful reports using tools such as Horsefly Analytics, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast, and more
· Work collaboratively with the marketing team on advertising and digital campaigns
· Liaise with external suppliers to discuss media buying, product updates, and job market trends
About You
· Experience in an office or administrative environment is preferred
· Degree educated - ideally in an essay-based subject such as English, Journalism, or Marketing preferred, but not essential
· Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and research skills
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
