This is a pivotal role with significant travel, working closely with store leadership teams to deliver effective people strategies and ensure HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Proven HR experience, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism.

Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities.
