The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales performance and delivering ambitious growth targets across a multi-site retail estate across the UK.
- Elevating retail and operational standards to ensure a consistent, world-class customer experience.
- Leading, inspiring, and developing retail teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
- Translating commercial strategy into operational excellence on the shop floor.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership across all functions to maintain brand consistency and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and operational improvement to support future growth and scalability.
Candidate Profile
