*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced *Plumber (no Gas Safe required)* to complete *2nd-fix bathroom installations* on a new property development project. The role focuses solely on *plumbing 2nd-fix works*, ensuring high-quality installation of sanitaryware and associated pipework in newly built residential properties. All work must meet building regulations and site specifications.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Carry out *2nd-fix bathroom installations*, including fitting:
* Basins
* Toilets
* Baths
* Showers
* Taps
* Traps and waste assemblies
* Connect and test all sanitaryware ensuring proper function and compliance
* Install and connect final pipework for hot and cold feeds, wastes, and relevant bathroom fixtures
* Ensure all installations meet required standards and building regulations
* Work collaboratively with site managers, contractors, and other trades to maintain programme timelines
* Identify and resolve any installation issues or defects during the 2nd-fix stage
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to all site health & safety requirements
*Requirements*
* NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Plumbing or equivalent experience
* Proven experience completing *2nd-fix plumbing/bathroom installations* on new-build or refurbishment projects
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, sanitaryware installation, and relevant building regulations
* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence preferred

* Experience with 1st-fix and 2nd fix plumbing
* Experience working on residential new-build sites
* Own tools and transport
