*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, child-centred care at all times.
* Work collaboratively with families, children, and multidisciplinary teams to create and review care plans, clinical pathways, and risk assessments.
* Oversee medication management, clinical interventions, and nursing tasks in line with best practice and legal standards for paediatric care.
* Supervise and support the care team, ensuring the right staff with the right skills are deployed to each package.
* Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
* Champion safeguarding and the overall wellbeing of every child and young person—because every child deserves safety, dignity, and the chance to thrive.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Registered Children’s Nurse (Paediatric Nurse – RCN) with valid NMC registration.
* Experience in paediatric complex care (adult experience is a great asset, but not essential).
* Leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare or community care setting.
* Excellent communication, sound clinical judgment, and strong team leadership skills.
* Confident working with digital care systems and Microsoft Office.
