Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon Join Our Independent, Family-Run Practice in Chelmsford

We’re now looking for a *full-time Veterinary Surgeon* to join our growing team of passionate professionals. This role would suit a proactive and caring vet who enjoys a varied caseload and values a great team dynamic.
About the Role
* *Full-time position* – *4-day working week*
* *1 in 4 weekends* (Saturday and Sunday)
* *No out-of-hours or on-call*
* 15–30 minute consults with protected admin time
* Mix of consulting and surgery – soft tissue and orthopaedics, depending on your interests
* Supportive clinical environment – you’ll work alongside experienced vets, RVNs, and client care team

About You
* Ideally, 1+ year clinical experience, but confident new graduates will be considered

Pay: £30,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
