Avalon Housing is seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Assistant Manager to join a service in Northampton. This is a full-time role assisting the Manager in the day-to-day running of a vital service supporting young people who have learning disabilities or are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
The duties of the Supported Housing Assistant Manager will include:

Assisting in the effective management of the supported housing scheme.

Overseeing the development and implementation of person-centred support plans.

Line managing and providing supervision to Support Workers.

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.

Managing shift rotas and coordinating staff coverage
The salary for the Supported Housing Assistant Manager can be flexible, circa of £30,000 per annum.
In order to apply for the Supported Housing Assistant Manager, we would need you to have:

Experience in a supervisory or senior support role within a supported housing, residential, or social care setting.

A strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people with learning disabilities and/or issues related to drugs and alcohol.

Demonstrable commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
